Made To Order Policy
As our products are made overseas, it sometimes takes a bit longer for us to get stock to our warehouse. An experienced Corset-Maker (a corsetiere) takes about countless hours to make each corset. To make a corset with extra curve or shape requires skill and an excellent pattern to begin with. Our standard fulfillment time for all made to order corsets is 2-6 weeks.
Any cancelled orders attract a 25% restocking fee of the total price. To cancel your order please contact us via email

Why Made To Order Corsets?
The most common questions we get asked are; why don’t we have many “in stock items” listed on the website and why are most of your corsets made-to-order?
As a small business, it is costly to have an off-site handling facility to store and dispatch orders. We try to keeps costs as low as possible by only stocking the most popular products and having the option to have different sizes and models made as they are ordered.
The only way we can offer such competitive prices is to limit the business running costs, and handle as many aspects of our store as possible.
Due to the difference between monitor settings, colours may appear varied than in person.
We aim to use the same colour fabric as shown in our product catalogue when made, however if the material isn't available when made, we will use the closest possible alternative.
